An estimate shall only constitute an invitation to treat. All sales orders are subject to acceptance by the Seller, the Purchasers acceptance of delivery of said acknowledgement of orders shall be deemed to include acceptance of these terms and conditions. The Sellers transact trade or business upon and subject to these terms and conditions which will be deemed to be incorporated into all contracts between the Sellers and the Purchasers to the exclusion of any other terms and conditions of the Purchasers.

The Seller cannot guarantee that the products will be exactly the same as previously supplied. Samples are available at cost on request to check for size, materials etc.

Waiver: Failure by the Seller at any time to enforce any of the provisions of these general conditions shall not be construed as waiver by the Sellers of such provisions or in any way affect the validity of these terms and conditions. All Prices are guide prices only and are subject to viewing of final artwork. Once final artwork and full specifications have been finalised, a quotataion price will be confirmed.

Over and under quantities of production: Printed goods may be subject to 6% over or under run . We researve the right to invoice and deliver the actual units delivered.

Price : Where applicable all prices are subject to VAT at the current rate. Prices published on Eureke are guide prices only and are subject to viewing of final artwork. Once final artwork and full specifications have been finalised, a quotataion price will be confirmed.

Product Samples: Samples are for sale only and are not returnable or refundable.
Carriage: All prices are exclusive of carriage. Carriage costs are available on request.

Goods: We reserve the right to alter any details or design of Goods illustrated without prior notice and while every effort is be made to describe goods accurately on this website no warranty is given as to accuracy and no responsibility will be accepted for error or mis-description and any loss resulting.

Claims: Claims arising from damages, delay or partial loss in transit must be made in writing to us, so as to reach us within seven days of delivery. Order Cancellations: All cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to any costs incurred until the date of cancellation. Cancelled orders are subject to a additional £90 cancellation fee for order valued under £600. Orders over £600 are subject to a 21% cancellation fee.

Passing of Risk and Title: The risk in the goods shall pass to you on delivery.
All goods delivered or not, remain our property until payment is received in full.

Force Majeure: We will not be held responsible for failure or delay in the carrying out or our obligations under the contract arising out of any cause outside our reasonable control or inability to procure materials or articles except at higher prices due to any such cause and in any circumstances we shall be entitled by notice to terminate the contract in whole or in part without incurring any liability whatsoever to you.

Payment Terms: All products are sold on a payment with order basis.

Delivery: Every effort will be made to deliver on the requested date, however specified delivery dates are estimated and no liability is accepted for any loss arising from delay.
